| We
have many floor plans, which should help you consider just what it is you want out of your barn. We
custom build to suit your needs. Our clients have a
choice in the grade of building and cost you desire. Standard
grade, which is typically our best grade, uses
heavier framing members, and a greater variety of roof
selections mansard, gable or shed. Utility grade, was
established to lower construction costs and appeal to
those clients who care more about function than design,
however, is built with the same quality and has its own
distinctive finished look. |

| This barn is your basic 36' x 36' x 8' structure. The customer has had us cantilever an 8' overhang out the front of the three stalls to promote dryer stalls. Without the front wall of this barn, her horses have total access to their stalls. She also requested that we install pre-manufactured stall fronts in the barn, which were to be equipped with roll out feeder boxes. The barn has a tack room with a wood floor, window and Dutch door.
In addition the barn has a 12' x 24' area for storage, which can easily be converted to stalls at a later date, along with a 12' alley going from sliding door to sliding door. This type of barn is priced between $22 & $28 per square foot, depending on the features you might want.

For the following customer in Oklahoma, we applied our rough sawn
siding and trim to his existing metal building occupied
as a horse stable, which measured 36' x 73' x 12'. We
then built for him a 36' x 50'x 10' barn which attached
to the side of his stable. The barn included a tack
room, bath room, living/social room as well as a large
multipurpose area for parking horse trailers, vehicles,
etc. This particular style of barn runs approximately
$20 to $24 per square foot, depending on the features
you might want.
